Contract Description:
Under this contract the Northwest Fisheries Science Center, Watershed Program is to provide technical services to support evaluation of BPA's tributary habitat program. This work will include, but is not limited to:

1. Identify and conduct site visits confirming barrier removal sites to be monitored in summer 2014 and 2015.
2. Monitor and collect fish and habitat data on 15 or more full barrier removal projects funded by BPA.
3. Summarize, analyze, and report on effectiveness of barrier projects evaluated in summer of 2014.
4. Begin site reconnaissance for instream projects to be evaluated in 2016.
5. Participate in workshops to coordinate monitoring activities and assure consistency of monitoring protocols for action effectiveness monitoring.
6. Review and other support tasks related to habitat and fish monitoring activities as requested.
